Introduction to the School AdvantagePurchasing Card Program

The School Advantage Purchasing Card Program is a limited use Visa card issued to a named individual with the independent school district indicated as the buyer. The School Advantage Purchasing Card Program is administered through Bankers Credit Card Service (also known as BCCS), and financial services for the program are provided by Coppermark Bank.

The School Advantage Purchasing Card Program was implemented for school districts to delegate purchasing authority and to add convenience in acquiring approved commodities directly from suppliers that accept Visa. The purchasing card can be distributed to the faculty and staff to make purchases on behalf of the school district.

NOTE: The school purchasing card is for school district purchases only and personal use is strictly prohibited.

Rebate Incentives for the Program
Annual rebates will be paid to program participants by the program sponsors based on the total annual volume of purchases using the secure card.

The incentive schedule to the right will apply to the calendar year net-charge volume. Settlement terms are 25 days after each 30-day billing cycle. Incentive awards are paid in February for the previous calendar year.

To qualify for incentive awards, accounts must be current.
